Chi ~ Yoga incorporates the martial art of Tai Chi Chaun
with a mixture of yoga and pilates. We combine the three styles because they are all very similar with the way they are practiced. They are all a low impact exercise that gives your whole body a workout, inside and out. We train the mind and body to work in harmony. You will leave this class feeling rejuvenated and energized. Classes Tuesday 7:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday 10:00 to 11:00 AM |
