We have classes for everyone in your family ages 3 to whatever your willing to admit to.  We hold group classes but the training is to your individual personal best.

 Stretch Out The Stress Class
Is a class that we offer for everyone that needs to reduce
stress, regain mobility, increase flexibility and improve balance.
Chi ~ Yoga incorporates the martial art of Tai Chi Chaun                                                 
with a mixture of yoga and pilates.  We combine the three                                                      
styles because they are all very similar with the way they are 
                                              
practiced.  They are all a low impact exercise that gives your
whole body a workout, inside and out.  We train the mind and                  
body to work in harmony.  You will leave this class feeling                            
rejuvenated and energized.
